Founder and President of two metal recovery sector associations, Jean-Guy Hamelin has also held the position of Director of various companies and associations.
Bertrand Massé, Chartered Accountant, began his career in 1982 at Price Waterhouse in audit from until 1991 and then in financial services until 1992.
He then joined Mitel Semiconductor Inc. as Financial Director at the Bromont manufacturing plant, where he assumed general management from 1996 to 2002.
Thereafter, he has held various management positions, mainly in finance, within manufacturing and services companies, and then joined the TMR team in 2016.

An Engineer by education with an MBA from the Hautes Études Commerciales, Louis-David Sansoucy has over 13 years of operational leadership experience in the steel and metal recycling industries. During his years heading Tata Steel’s mining mega-project in Northern Quebec and directing Arcelor Mittal’s Recycling Operations, Louis-David was known as a relentless solutions-oriented leader well attuned to his teams.
A qualified manager with 20 years of experience in human resources, mostly in the metal recovery industry, Marie-Christine Tessier knows all the aspects of HR. Her business sense enabled her to move up the ranks and hold management positions. Her initiative and her team spirit make her a manager who listens and is close to her collaborators.
Based on his training as military engineer for the Canadian Armed Forces, Sylvain Roy moved up the ranks in the industrial environment and in the field of metal recovery. He improved his skills in various companies, particularly as manager of business development before joining TMR in 2016.

Holder of a BA in business administration, Finance major, Business Data Processing minor, Norman Trottier, who is fluent in French, English and Spanish, has held several positions in regional and international purchases and sales during his 20 years of experience in the field of metal recovery.
After his college studies, Réal Thériault pursued his career in large iron and metal recovery companies, first as payloader operator and then as car shredder operator. Then he his activities became noticeable in positions of supervisor, project manager, purchasing officer and manager involved in all the aspects of the field: shipping and receiving; purchase and sale; and operations.
In 1994, Nicolas Tremblay began his career in metal recycling, while pursuing studies in administrative techniques. As a business leader, he builds a close collaboration with several supplyers to purchase scrap metal. M. Tremblay is passionate about developing sustainable business relationships based on honesty and openness.
